KOENZİM Q0 İNSAN KRONİK MYELOİD LÖSEMİ K562 HÜCRELERİNİN PROLİFERASYONUNU ENGELLER VE MAPK VE AKT SİNYAL YOLAKLARINI MODÜLE EDER

Objective: This study evaluated the antiproliferative and pro-apoptotic effects of coenzyme Q0 (CoQ0) in human chronic myeloid leukemia K562 cell line. Material Method: The cytotoxic effect CoQ0 on line, was determined by MTT test. activity caspase-3, expression proteins involved apoptosis, MAPK AKT signaling pathways were with enzymatic assay western blot analysis, respectively. Result Discussion: Results showed that inhibited viability cells at 5 μM higher concentrations Bax protein significantly decreased 12.5 concentration CoQ0. However, did not affect caspase 3 Bcl-2 expression. p-c-Raf (Ser259) Treatment 10 induced phosphorylation p38 caused a nonsignificant decrease p-ERK1/2 Interestingly, cells, Akt (Ser473) diminished CoQ0, no change observed p-Akt (Thr308) among groups. In conclusion, proliferation suppressed c-Raf (Ser259), (Ser473), but ERK1/2 cells. There is still need for new insights into anticancer mechanisms develop treatment strategies leukemia.
